Is sausage made entirely of pork?

no. Like danielle said a sausage can be made up of any meat, tofu or vegetable choice. If you are reffering to the content and if it is the meat, well tbh no. A relative of mine use to work in a buchers, when putting a pork sausage together buchers would put all different parts of an animal inside it.

Not all sausages are make from pork. Depending on how expensive (cost) the sausages are, the cheaper the price for a tray of sausages, the more surprised you will be when you find out they put edible animal organ parts, for example pig tummy etc. They mince all the stuff so you wouldn’t really know what is inside. Vegetarian sausages cost a fortune to buy but they are very healthy for you and it is worth paying a few dollars more for these snags.

yeah it dont have to be made of all pork, some in some countries when making sausages they use filler(straches bread crumbs or flour) sa german friend was suprized at this and she said in germany their sausages are pure meat, well meat and fat ( this is to keep the sausage moist)

So i go only to polsih or german or even Hi quality delis to get my sausages.

Also i have eatten kangaroo sausages beef ones emu ones chicken lamb ones etc all are good but i looooove kangatoo sausages in a italian style bean stew :)

Its ground meat. Usually the meat of animals they havent used to make steaks or hamburger etc.
