I think when it comes to exercising during pregnancy it depends from person to person. So you should keep your activity levels high and also rest it out when required. Try aerobic exercises at home as it gives you quick results keeping your heartbeat high. They are pretty easy to follow and apply and what’s more, you can do without equipment. This kind of exercises has several benefits such as it increases energy, boosts blood circulation, reduces body fat, initiates weight loss, minimizes tension and anxiety, helps prevent type 2 diabetes, improves endurance levels and helps in building a strong and fit body.
If you already exercised before you fell pregnant, then doing what you used to do (in moderation) should be fine. Slow jogging will be okay too. You should talk to your doctor or midwife about an exercise plan to suit your life and your body. Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking lots of water while exercising. Maybe you could find a group of women that are pregnant so you can all exercise together and do pregnancy-yoga etc. If you can't find a group then why not start your own!
going for a nice walk should be good, or walking on the tredmill(i dont suggest running) or try doing some yoga excercises, eat healthy, drink water and if ur not to weak after u give birth u can do it then to get all the baby wieght off if ur not sure about this stuff then ask a docter wat is safe and wat isnt
depends on how pregnant u are...if ur in ur first trimester u could lose the baby my fiance made me stop working out as soon as i got pregnant but im 5 months and i still walk and stuff but u have to be careful not to strain urself its rlly bad for the baby
Renee gave an excellent answer. I also know that swimming/water aerobics are a good way to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy and is usually safe to do until very late into your pregnancy.
