Your not suppose to have your arms over your head too much, it increases the chance that the cord with be wrapped around the baby's neck when its born.
Other wise, its perfectly healthy (and encouraged) to be active while pregnant. Though you shouldn't start anything new that your body isn't already use to (too much stress) and I would run any fitness play by your doctor just to make sure because every mother, baby and pregnancy is unique. But yeah, activity keeps you (and your baby) healthy and makes for an easier delivery. You just gotta find the level thats right for you.
after exercising. Yoga is a dangerous sport while prego. If you make yourelf tense, it can induce strains. So, thoroughly warm up(prego workouts: Slow sweeping side to side pacing orskiiers is what they call it. Mid-ranged Lunges, chicken fense-type things. stepping far to the side, and exaderating the step back to closed leg position. Heel walking.). Stretching after warming up is ideal
there is nothing wrong with stretching during months of pregnancy, just be careful not to over do it, putting stress on the baby
i think you can do yoga but be carefull and i think you can stretch too but once again be carefull =)
i always stretch a little if i need to..and im 8 months pregnant..lol..
