  Sweetie, it doesnt matter the size of the scab, big or small messing with it will cause it to reopen & believe you me, it will take longer to heal & just might leave you a scar! Nothing to mess with...just try what I said in your previous post about a giant scab & you should be just fine.

  they're probably dried pimples or blackheads. just Gently peel them off, or scrub them off with an exfoliating cream.
