Yes bananas will help. Im pregnant and get them a lot.. I dunno why. But when i stretch my legs out in bed when i move i start gettin one. What i do is stand up and put my feet flat on the floor. Heel too. Its hard cuz it hurts and u wanna hold it up but if you stand up straighten ur leg and feet flat it goes away fast.
That really depends...I worked out before at a zumba class, and I got the worse pain spasms in my thighs to my knees. My friend told me I might be lacking potassium, dehydration, or if your on your menstrual cycle, then that could cause it as well.
Yep it reallt works, I always hated gettin those charlie horses in my legs so I went to the doc and he said eat bananas so that's wat I did, haven't had a prob siince :-)

Drink lots of water! Muscle spasms are like tiny, short, but really intense cramps.
I heard that a diet rich in potassium may help in reducing muscle spams.
Eat 1 banana twice a week that shud get rid of them
