Retrieving saved emails and favorite places on aol
I reinstalled aol 9.1 on my computer. now I can’t retrieve my old saved emails and my favorite places. what do I do? I am not a subscriber to aol so I can’t talk to a live person, and helpaol.com was no help either.
You’ve probably done a clean install which actually deletes all previously saved data.
I’m not familiar with AOL and how it works, but I don’t think you can retrieve any of it unless it was online and is bumping around now somewhere in cyberspace.
