2 year certiification

You’ll need courses in venipuncture, medical terms, and anatomy. You take a 2-year associate degree program and then become registered. Once that’s all done, you become certified.

my aunt and cousin went for that, this past year. it took them 3 or 4 months. its just drawing blood nothing really major so its not too long.

A college education- your best start is getting a degree in science then going onto specialize in Phlebotomy. Or you can go to an accelerated college and become a Medical Assistant which is a good step towards Phlebotomy. :)
