What do you think about the remarks Mitt Romney made in London and Israel?

He made some a remark about the london olypmics, and um something else in israel

To the point….

That doesn’t really help if we don’t know what he said. -.-

In London he publicly questioned London being ready to host the Olympic games and some other tacky statement I believe. Anyway the Brits nicknamedhim …Mitt The Twit.

On the Isreal tour the inital plan was for a $50,000.00 fund raiser dinner scheduled during a Jewish day of fasting (???) But the remarks he made that really drew Chinas, Irans, Arabs, and even the Jewish themselves were that Isreal prospered economically over the Palestinians because of the culture of it’s people. And if elected he vowed to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem ….the city that is holy to Jews. Even his press secretary manged to stick his foot in his mouth while in Poland too. The international uproar is due to the volatility in the middle east and his reckless remarks that for poltical fund raising could escalate tensions.

I personally think despite our own economic woes, it is equally important the we have a president that other country leaders have some measure of respect for and can reasonably trust. I don’t think we can afford another Bush Jr here or abroad with the state of global tensions.

What he said in london was a bit silly but nothing to get in a twist about, there was a problem with the security contractors but that was all sorted out quickly. It was nothing really. The press here poked fun at him a. Bit but it was mostly light hearted, more has been made of it than it deserves. Dont know what he said in israel.
