Is it true you have to do RE for a GCSE.?

yeah unfortinatly you do have to take RE for GCSE personally I hated it because I hated my tutor hahaha!! but I didn alright in the end :)

Religious Education is one of the requirements for obtaining your GCSE in most states, but there are some schools that don’t enforce that.

Religious Education, however, is not simply a study of God and Christianity - it entails all the different religions and is a course well worth taking if you intend to pursue a career in teaching, guidance, or any thing that requires religious tolerance (most jobs these days need that).

Yupp :) it’s a core subject but since I got to year 10 [in year 11 left school virtually:)] we call it ethic’s now
