  You could be allergic to the cold and what you are getting is hives. Its very possible, my friend has it and we live in Alaska but he is from Louisianna, so everyttime we go outside he gets hives, lol.

  really if its bubbles you should probably go and see a doc but if not if they are like small and your hair sticks up then its probably goose bumbs!~!

  There gosse bump everyone get them when there cold scared there natural and I dont know if theres a cure for them look up on google
