i need some new trainers since mine are worn out. i wear trainers everyday and i need a good pair for my job. what would be the best trainers to get? and where in the UK can i buy them? Nike are probably my favourite brand
This greatly depends on what you prefer, if you prefer nike stick to them. I prefer addidas for running and have solomon trail running shoes. What type of physical activity do you do? Nike is pretty good if you are a runner and run on flat surfaces, if you would like something with more of a grip you can go for trial running shoes (in my opinion they also look better so you should be able to wear them to work)
i only buy reebok classics and i always buy them from my local http://funadvice.com/r/153scaegg9n sports direct in town.
in the end as youll be doing all the running and stuff go for the, erm whats them called, the fabric ones not teh leather ones so your feet can breath better and you can move them better.
I would say stick to running shoes then as you don't do anything which requires too much grip. Nike, Addidas etc. choose a brand you like. My shoes I use for climbing, hiking and trial running so I require more grip, you probably don't so go for normal running shoes.
well at work i do some running, rugby, football, basketball and tennis so im not really sure what trainers are best.
Get p90x, the guys in that video are the best trainers ever.
