Well you shouldnt get into too much weightlifting exercises, eat a healthy balanced diet and drink milk. Make sure you do light exercises like stretching and dont have too much junk food. It might help you grow taller. But there is a certain time when you stop growing so your best bet is to stay fit and eat healthy..

There is *nothing* that will affect your growth ... it's a myth that coffee or weightlifting stunts your growth, and there is no food, supplement, or activity that will make yourself grow taller than you're meant to.
You could use shoes that have lifts in them that make you appear taller. Just like the other users said, nothing will make you naturally taller.
