I already know that the processed cow's milk you buy from the supermarket causes all kinds of health risks to form, but what about raw milk?
When milk is boiled it damages the molecules and kills the enzymes (necessary for milk digestion) and bacteria (but your body needs the good bacteria found in milk.) Also, the calcium in pasteurized milk is unusable to the body, in fact its not only unusable it is detrimental and contributes to things like arteriosclerosis and osteoporosis! Yes, you should be careful that the raw milk has been properly handled but raw milk is in essence good for you!
Actually one of the biggest problems with dairy is the high protein content. Extra protein we consume is converted to carbohydrates and fat but the process is asidic so to neutralize the acid our body leeches calcium from our bones. Drinking milk to combat osteoporosis is like trying to put out fire with gasoline. Cow's milk has 4 times as much protein as human milk. Leafy green vegetables are the best source of calcium in the human diet.
Store milk is pasteurized and homogenized to increase shelf life so it can be transported hundreds or even thousands of miles from large factory farms to consumers. I'm convinced that dairy in general is bad for humans but raw milk from healthy cows and dependable suppliers is probably better than store milk. Also, everyone I know who gets raw milk likes it's taste much better than store milk.
Yes, it is bad for our organism because it contains bacteria and you might catch some disease and get sick vomit or else idk for sure all I know is that it is not healthy at all, and before using such misl you NEED to boiled it first!
