How would I raise my vibrational enegry levels so I can see and communicate with ghosts?

Um, paranormal activty is a movie? and its ouija bord, and your not answering the question. The question was How to raise my Vibrational enegry levles, resulting in the sight of ghosts.

You need to be able to re-train your mind to, first of all, believe that they are there (and truly believe - you may say you believe, but any hint of doubt will cause barriers), and you need to refocus. Don’t do it though. Im saying this to you because i know that it is dangerous. I know personaly of pple who become demon possesed this way. There is no such thing as a good ghost. They are all evil spirits. some of them do seemingly “good” things to gain or trust. but ultimately they mean us only harm.

I don’t believe this. I have dead family I have recived signs from, and I trust in them to protect me.

I really dont discount what you are saying. cause i have had experience with the “dead” before. And they have actually done things that appear to be good. but they were actually demons pretending to be loved ones. they did this to gain trust and eventually casued me and my family much pain. But i know this “For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing….Ecclesiastes 9:5” your loved ones are sleeping peacefully. They are not aware of the pain and suffering that you go through. It is God that is protecting you. These things that you are seeing are not your family. I am just telling you this becasue i know the danger in it and even though i dont know you, i wouldnt want u to get hurt. So please dont do it. God in the Bible tells us to stay away from these things becasue He wants to protect us.
