Why does the rain make you sleepy?
For some people its relaxing, the sound of it as it hits the floor, the amazing smell and also, when it rains, its cloudy and kinda calm so that might make you tired and cause you to get sleepy.
it’s a repetitive sound, its dark usaully, the smell also relaxes alot of people.
Rain is a white noise, which relaxes most people. It is like listening to your favorite music, just more relaxing.

Because it makes what is called white noise or white sound, the same as a waterfall and water running, which often relaxes people.
Sound of the rain hitting the ground is hypnotic.
