Puppy Humping

So the other day, we adopted a 6 month old puppy, a golden retriever. Well, she keeps humping my male 3 year old lab. The lab barks and snarls at her, so how can we make her stop humping?

I would say she is coming into heat. Females do this when they are coming into heat when the male won’t breed them because he knows she isn’t ready but she has hormone problems and thinks she is. Mark my words she is getting ready to come into heat.

She is also at that magical age, the age that most female dogs come into heat.

lol, there is no way : P we had two doberman females that did that! haha
dont worry your golden retriever will keep on a humping the lab until the lab humps her back, aka its gonna happen until she isnt horny any more! its the way of nature!

Yeah my aunt and uncle’s dogs do that to each other. It’s just natural I guess
