well they crawl around soon after birth and will walk around I would say on my litters about 4 weeks old.
For most dogs anything between 3-5 weeks,depending on the breed.
I am not sure specifically for chihauhas, but I’ll guess more along the line of 5 wees because chihauhas are known for having difficulty walking sometimes.
