you could try natural remedies to prevent dry skin such as applying extra virgin olive oil on your skin and using expoliators like yogurt, papaya, and pumpkin. taking vitamins works and also wash your body with a moisturizing body wash in lukewarm water but don't take many showers like what Janny posted.
Use cucumber! Just cut a piece of cucumber and rub the inside part on your face, it's great for your skin.
Don't drink tea. Exfoliate.
