If a man ejaculates on a women’s body near her vagina (like her inner thighs or her stomach) is there a chance that she could get pregnant? Or will the sperm not make it that far to impregnate the women?

no until he does in vagina . the best thing is if he does on stomach, clean urself with tissues and then wash it nicely in washroom.

but sometimes before ejaculating he is little wet and he is in your vagina . even one drop can make you pregnant and that 1 drop can cum even before ejaculation. so I wud suggest that alwz wash even if he doesnt ejaculate in your vagina, just wash urself good from inside.

Not if the sperm leaks down onto her vagina.

Here’s a good rule, if you ever ejaculate on her body, a good etiquette is to get some tissues or a towel and clean her up yourself immediately while she is still lying down, so your cum stays there until you clean it off. Then you don’t have to worry about your cum getting into her when she gets up or moves around after.

As long as it doesn’t get ON her vagina, then no. Sperm don’t have little legs to crawl their way to the vagina, but if they’re anywhere in or on her vagina, they can swim up her because of her bodily fluids. Just make sure that she doesn’t walk in a way that can rub them onto her vagina after. It’s best to clean it up right after.
