Why do the garbage men come at about 5 AM in poor neighborhoods but, in better neighborhoods, they come later?

Maybe they Start in the bad part of town a lot of the times is the inner city, and they work their way out, Maybe the dumps are located closer too the poor part of town so they start there? too makes sense i have never really noticed myself, but if i had too guess but IF i cared enough i’d google it :”P

Well dont feel bad because the garbage men where i live are so LAZY they come when the trash fills up to the to of the dumpsters and then a couple more days pass and they finally come.

Wealthier people always have more pull, more influence. An upscale neighborhood is going to be full of individuals who own vast amounts of property, stores, shopping malls in that city. Those people are going to have more influence on municipal government services, I would think, than the average factory worker. Some things haven’t changed much since 1325.

Because garbagemen make noise and disturb people. And rich people can afford lawyers and sue the waste management business for “nocturnal disturbance”.

to be honest. The poorer neighbor hoods are probably closer to the dumb so that’s just where they begin. probably doesn’t have much to do with who is rich and or who’s poor…and then the poorer neighborhoods are probably closer to the dumb because rich people aren’t going to want to live by a dumb
