Skin looks dark, is it from not sleeping?

its like 1month I sleep at 5am at night and wakeup in the 12pm..I really don’t know wht should I do…my skin looks dark…is it the because not sleeping well??m confused..

Well. Regardless of what time you sleep, you need 6 - 8 hours of sleep a night. It looks like your getting around the recommended amount of sleep. As far as your sleep schedule… Is it because of work? Or is it something you can change? If it is, let me suggest this. Go to sleep 15 minutes early every night. And wake up 15 minutes earlier too. So, tomorrow, go to bed at 4:45. Then the next day 4:30. Continue this until you’re going to bed around 11 or 10. As far as the skin thing, I don’t know of any condition where lack of sleep darkens skin. I know it can lighten it. Let me know if that helped at all.
