I recently did my ultrasound and went for the results today.. How ever I didnt see the ultrasoun technician because he was busy, so I just took my result and leave.. It says my placental location is posterior, not low lying and my placental grade is 1...is it good? Or bad? Will I have a normal birth?

It depends on how far along you are in your pregnancy. I had an anterior placenta with a posterior tilted uterus- no problems except for back pain mid-pregnancy (who doesn't??)... Delivery was fine. What yours means is that the baby's placenta is on the back side of the uterus, but isn't towards the bottom that's just fine. :) You don't want it low-lying. It's simply where the baby implanted on the uterus when he or she was itty-bitty. :) I'm not sure- but if I remember correctly (it's been a year or so now...) a Grade 1 simply means it's what it should be for the first trimester... Please don't take that as fact though. Here's what you need to know- if there is a problem of any type, your doctor will call you. Don't stress. :D But sounds like you're just fine!
That means at the time of the test, you are normal
