Information on wrist piercings?

well im gettin ready in a few weeks to get a new tattoo.. and I also wanted to get a new piercing but I didnt know where. I want one but I dont want it on my face id like to have a surface piercing on my wrist but I don’t know really anything bout them or how they heal or anything soo if anybodys knowss.. comment thanks :)

personly its not a type of piercing I’d go for the wrist is a place that see’s a lot more interaction than most people would think and I wouldnt fancy it getting pulled and when someone deccides to mess around and forgets its there, but on a more informative note surface piercings have a high chance of rejecting and growing out , the jewelery used for the type of piercing your looking at kind of resembles a large upside down staple with screw on balls at the end and the piercing is basically one long hole going all the way through the surface tissue of your wrist with the balls sticking out at either end. if I were you I’d think it through and take a look at micro-dermal piercings instead they’re a more “permanent “ option depending the tissue is sufficient to accommodate them hope this helps in some way =]

both my big sisters ( twins ) got them on there wrists. I reallly wanted one at that moment but they weren’t the kind of girls who got pain easy but both them had tears in there eyes. personally after that I wouldn’t get my wrist done and I dont think beth and ailis will too. tbh beth got hers done and then ailis was thinking of passing lol
