Why do I still wake up with blood?

You shouldnt leave tampons in all night, it could lead to toxic shock syndrome, unless you wake up a few times to change the tampon, you really should be wearing pads at night…

u need overnight pads, your a heavy bleeder so you need somthing thick enough to hold the blood while you are asleep…I go thru the same issue. tampons are not really for haevy bleeders even though they have the thick ones they dont really hold enough blood and when I use them I usually have to use a pad along with the tampon

I use to have that same problem when I was a teen. just use the overnighters at night and it should hold it. but as for the tampons…I wouldnt advise you too leave it in all night long. doing soo can lead to an infection. I forgot whut its called but it talks about it on the box of tampons. maybe you should go see a dr. it could be something like an abnormal period or something. how many pads do you go threw in 24 hours??

ah I dont use tampons so woulding really no much about them put pads are great I think da 1 with wings ha ha :) but if you leak with them sleep on your side that works hoped I helped

Use both. For extra security.

Or you could set an alarm and wake up during the night to change your tampon.

use tampons AND a pad, my friend has the same problem.
