why do some people call michael jackson a rapist or child molester?

He was never found guilty of child molestation. I’d like to believe that if he were truly guilty, no parents would have taken his money. The first parents took a settlement. Michael said that it was to save the child from having to deal with “adult situations,” not because he was guilty. The others who took him to court eventually dropped it, when he didn’t offer up a settlement. Unfortunately, in America it’s not really innocent until proven guilty (although it’s supposed to be). Truthfully, people think Michael was just “weird” because he was so child-like, and “rapist” and “child molester” are just slurs.

That is a question we will really never know about. I can’t say personally If I think if he was guilt or not, but the repeated accusations and his continued associations with children at his home even after what he had gone through previously, does comment on a lack of good judgement on his part. His handlers fully were aware that the media, law enforcement and haters who were just waiting for any opportunity to jump on him and slander his name, and yet, he always seemed to have the worst luck with situations just like these that continued to happen.
