I’m a pretty outgoing person. Being outgoing doesn’t mean that I go out of my way to act stupid, loud, and extra. I just tell it like it is, and I’m always up for trying new things.

If I do get embarrased, I’ll try to play it off. A lot of times I actually laugh at myself. Being embarrased is a part of life. Nobody is normal, nobody is perfect.

People don’t usually exclude from things, so I feel accepted. But that’s why everyone needs their own little group of friends who accept you for who you are. What you’re like, and what you do.

Everyone get’s embarressed at some point in their life - it’s how you handle it that makes you a better or more outgoing person. You souldn’t let things get to you, and learn to just brush them off or make a joke out of it. If you fall down in front of people - just stay down a minute and laugh at yourself. Dont take everything so seriously, and you will be more outgoing without even noticing.

It’s all about learning how to just laugh at yourself.
