Nervous phone call

I’m really nervous to call this guy I like back (he called me first and left a voicemail). I’m not very conversational and pretty shy. Any tips on how to not make the call awkward? haha..

I know how you feel. I’m pretty shy and not so conversational either but trust me, once you start talking to him, conversation should come naturally. Just say what you are doing at the moment or something that made you mad or something you saw or heard that was funny or maybe get on topic about a movie or t.v show. Just trust me, you’ll find something to talk about! :) If things get awkward just tell him your mom needs you.
