What are some good ideas to help me fall asleep?
cableline has good advice, melatonin is a natural product that your body produces when in the sun, it makes you sleepy, that might be an option.
How about trying to read a book before you go to sleep and drink some warm milk? That should help, just remember to stay away from the tv or computer at least an half hour before bed.
Take two benadryl's and you'll be out like a light! If you are against using pills then I would suggest you drink herbal tea before you sleep or listen to soothing music like coldplay.
