i was vegetarian for five years and loved it because i naturally smelled awesome, even when i was all sweaty or went camping. my friends would sniff my arm pits in amazement. this was the first year that i started eating meat again and i feel and taste myself dirty all the time no matter what. you do not have to go full out vegetarian, you can still eat eggs fish and chicken
After I quit eating meat every GF I had commented that I had little body odor. It isn't just me because I've seen several other people mention this as a benefit or side-effect of vegetarianism.
Daily hygiene (take a bath or shower at least daily), use a deodorant that is also a anti-persperant, eat healthy foods, fatty foods can increase sweating.
Shower every night,
Deodorant to help along the way.
Basically anything in the body wash section on the shelf etc.
