How do I get my cat to stop eating? It after food all the time I only feed the cat once a day but it scrounges food all day long

Why do you have so much food lying around that he’s able to scrounge meals? I’ve owned many a cat in my day, and none of them has ever been able to open my refrigerator.

feed him 3 small meals a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. you can also go to your vet and get a special food that fills him up faster.

mmm just try to give it small 3 meals a day maybe that will help because would you rather 3 burgers around the day or one big steak ones… see…good luck

Why is your cat only fed once a day? He’s probably hungry, and if that’s his picture - he doesn’t look fat.

Have you ever tried free-feeding him? I have 9 cats - all are free-fed, none are fat.
