my birth control makes me bloat

I’m on a new birth control and it makes my stomach bloat out. its pretty uncomfortable and I can’ t go back to the gyno for 3 more months. is there anything I can do in the mean time?

Why must you wait 3 months? Is it possible to call the gyno, explain this side effect, and see if they can change your birth control? I’m on birth control and I have no side effects. See if they can switch you.
