More iPod Troubles

Right so, last night I ran out of room for all my music on my iPod (8gb Gen 3)

My iTunes made me create a playlist with all the music I wanted, which I did. I just dragged my other playlists from the side bar. But when I was using my iPod there was only one playlist, which was the one that was used to contain each playlist/song that I dragged into(making sense?)

Is there any way to a) Delete Deafult games to make space or b) Get playlists in a playlist (Err?)

Gah; sorry. I’m kind of half asleep. 10am does not mix well with asking questions that make sense to all you smart kiddies. And that previous sentence probably didn’t even make sense. Bah. :(

Answer #1

go through and delete any that you might like.

Answer #2

Deleting the default games wouldn’t provide much extra space, in any at all. It’s not worth it and I don’t even know if it’s possible. Don’t worry about it.

As for the playlists here’s my advice.

  1. Completely wipe your iPod
  2. Make an entirely new playlist
  3. Check the space on your iPod (it’s always less than what they say)
  4. Make sure that the playlist size is less that the space of your iPod
  5. Sync your iPod to that playlist and that playlist only

NOTE: I don’t recommend dragging playlists into playlists. When duplicates are involved it can get a little messy.

Answer #3

Yeah, I agree. They said my iPod was 8gb. Psh, 7.5gb is not 8gb ><
