Is it ok to mix my lotion with sunscreen?

Answer #1

Umm yeah i guess…but it might not work as good..

Answer #2

If u do put the lotion on b4 the sunscreen

Answer #3

No. If you mix regular lotion with sunscreen for whatever reason, you are diluting your sunscreen. That means that a SPF30 sunscreen can become a SPF15 or less and will not provide enough protection for your skin.

Also, some of the ingredients in your lotion may affect the active sunscreen ingredients, making them less or not effective at all.

Answer #4

I don’t think that it will work that way, plus, the sunscreen also serves as a lotion at the same time.

Answer #5

its because sunscreen dont have a good fragrent smell so i wanted to put the smell with my lotion. but if the sunscreen part dont protect me from the sun then i wont add the lotion at all. please watch this video if you want to know what i mean.
