Missed Periods and Opposite Heartbeats what does this mean?

So my friend she has missed her period for a Year and she didn’t bother going to the doctors when my friends and I kept asking her to. She finally went to the doctors and asked whats happening, the doctor didnt have an explanation. Then one day she told my friend the doctor asked her for a body check because her heart beat is the opposite of others. She didn’t bother going. My friend told her she must go but she still doesn’t listen. Recently we’ve found out that shes missed her period again for about 3 months. is there something wrong with her? does she have cancer or anything because her father had cancer.

Thanks for the answer but im just afraid if there is actually something wrong with her and im afraid of asking her this because she doesnt like talking about this situation.

honestly I would go to a obgyn because I missed mine a lot and it turned out to be sever endometerios because the blood doesnt come out of the body and sits inside the stomach and forms little blood blisters well I have to get a hystorectomy now because I waited and im only 19 and I’ve had 6 sergeries on this and cysts on the overies alone but if nothing hurts I would say its just irregular which 1 out of 20 women get
