I don't know about the filming location but I do know that they're casting in Los Angeles. As far as filming goes, I don't think anyone is publicly given that information. Secrecy reasons? I personally would love to see Jack Black get slimed. Reason 1. Because he's going to be hosting the event. 2. because he'll most likely make it a really fun moment in TV history.
