How do i lose weight when im 5'9 & around 250 Pounds?

Can somebody help me make a weekly workour plan and diet plan, im honestly tired of my look, and this just brings down my confidence lower with girls too, pleasr help thanks

first you have to exercise daily,, avoid the oily food and focus on healthy food only,, also u dont hsve to sleep alot cuz it causes laziness and ughhhh :/ u actually need to have the motivation firts and make a good program for that.. good luck

first off you really have to want to lose it, and be willing to sacrifice.if you have watched the biggest loser then you got a good idea how much hard and dedicated work it is.don’t look at the big picture,just work on losing 2,3 or 4 pounds at a time and the longer you work at it the more you will lose.i can’t do it anymore is not an option.just think of the end game how much better you will look anf feel.i had a simular situation,i smoked for 40 years at 2 and a half to 3 packs a day,now i’m on oxygen 24/7,i’m on tons of medication and had to retire on disability at 61 years old and only have one lung left ,now i’m waiting to see if i’ll be eligable for a lung transplant.it’s the same with you,can you imagine how much strain that is on your heart carring around all that weight.the damage is done for me and i can’t turn back the clock,but for you it’s not too late.get going and work hard and think of my condition and prevent yourself from becoming the same way or worse.make it like a computer game,it’s you against the fat,fight hard and in the end you will be victorious.i’m fighting to and i will beat this thing one way or another so follow me and keep me posted.i’ll be glad to hear from you and your progress.good luck

You go into their office for a personal consult to monitor your progress once a week..they weight you, take your measurements, and you talk for a little while, and buy your food each week. This is very motivating! I always looked forward to seeing my coach each week..The program is fairly affordable, and you can go in for a free initial consult where they tell you all about the program. You will start seeing results right during the first week! How you eat makes most of the difference in weight loss. After the first week I added an exercise routine with my eating plan..I did 40 minutes of cardio about 3-4 times a week, and weights 2-3 times a week, sometimes combining them on the same day, but I never exercised for more than an hour, you don’t have to be like a gym rat or anything to get results… it’s most about how you eat, especially in the beginning! Bottom line? Eat less, exercise more. The only real way to lose weight is to burn off more calories than you take in.
