I want to lose weight in at least 3 days. How do I do that?
Wake every morning at 6am and eat a healthy breakfast. Continue to eat small healthy portions every 2 hours. Do not eat after 6pm... 100 sit-ups during that day... 15 minutes of jumprope.. 15 minutes of joggin.. Make sure though the day you drink plenty of water at least 8oz. every hour, I know it seems excessive, but you need to stay hydrated... (3) to (7) days of this you will see a differance...Trust me it works...This is my everyday routine...
Drink lot of water , Wear a sauna suit and jog for 30 mins a day , try negative calorie foods like carrot, cabbage, apple , orange , cucumber etc which are rich in fibre , u will start seeing results
you know losing weight wont solve your problems, you need more then 3 days to lose weight!
