I want to lose 30 pounds by the end of June. Any ideas of how i can do it?
Watch what you eat, do lots of cardio exercise, and drink plenty of water. Also consult with a physical trainer or join a gym if you can. But the most important thing is a very strict diet high in whole grains, veggies, and fruits, with a moderate amount of protein and no bad fats, low or no sugar content, etc.
The aerobic exercise is key to increasing your core temperature and burning off fat. If you exercise & lift weights only, it won't result in as much weight loss as if you both do aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Good luck.
I would love to know if someone has lost that much weight in that short time, since I too want to loose that much weight by the end of June.
