Set, a goal. You want to lose ten pounds? Well set up a date that you want to lose it by. I would say a month is reasonable because, that way you won't work to hard, but will still lose weight. Set up an exercise plan, and eat healthy. As featured on the John Tesh Radio Show, go on a three bite dessert limit. It can be as big of bites as you want, and of any dessert, but only three bites. When selecting exercises, find ones that you will enjoy. Ride your bike at the nearest park, or take a run around the neighborhood. Don't push yourself to hard, and try not to get stressed out. Stress is one of the main causes of obesity, and will not help you lose weight. I'm not saying your fat, I'm just saying try not to stress yourself because it can make you gain weight instead of losing it. Good Luck! ;-)
