First of all, just relax. Lice are yucky, but it doesn’t mean you’re dirty or gross. In fact, lice prefer cleaner heads.

You don’t have to go to the doctor to get the lice killing shampoo, but it is recommended. Instead, go to a drugstore (or maybe some supermarkets) and buy Nix or Rid. Follow the instructions and use it on your hair.

Also, get EVERY SINGLE piece of bedding off of your bed, and wash it in extra hot water a few times. If you have some that you cannot wash, stuff it into a trash bag and tie it closed, then put that bag into another one and tie that closed. Put the bag into a basement or attic–somewhere it won’t be disturbed. This is to suffocate the lice. Leave the bag untouched for about two weeks, then wash it in the ultra hot water.

Any coats, scarves, hats, or hair things MUST be washed several times, suffocated, or thrown away.

Wash all clothing you’ve recently worn, and towels a few times in the very very hot water.

Throw away your combs and hairbrushes and get new ones.

Lastly, make sure you use the lice shampoo on your head again two weeks after the first time, in case any lice survived, or any eggs hatched. This last step is very important to make sure you don’t keep getting them over and over again.

just tell your parents theylltry to get rid of them for you alson put some tea tree oil in your shampoo or conditioner that can kill them then wash all your sheets, pillowcase, and clothes that youve recently used or put them in a bag and put them in the freezer for a while that can also kill them

Answer #3

Everybodyhas them tell your parents seriously get KP24 rub it on your head put glad wrap over your head with no air bubbles ofr 2 ours wash your hair comb them out DONE!

Answer #4

there is no way to get rid of it w/o the help of products and quarantining yourself. Right now you are spreading it to people. If you are young, talk to your mother. You’ll have to buy “RID” at the pharmacy, the spray “RID” in a can, and boil your linens. Lice are attracted to dry hair, not oily hair. After you use the shampoo “RID” you’ll have to use the special comb to pic through your hair to get the nits out, then do the process all over again in 7 days. You need to be excused from school so you do not spread to everyone.
