I am 17 and in the military. I can already financialy support myself. I want to know if I can move out of my parents house.(WV)
16 is the legal age to move out in many states I am not sure about yours though. Also you can do what the call divorcing your parents I am sure you would have no problem since you are in the military.
If your parents say its ok then you can move out. If your in the military then I would think they would say yes
you can move out:
1) if your parents let you 2) if you get emancipated 3) if you get stationed somewhere
no you cant. unless you might be able to take it to court but I hope you dont want to go that far.
