Did Kurt Cobain commit suicide or was he murdered?

he commited suicide (: I’ve read his suicide note. “/ She shot himself in the head

shot himself on april 8th 1994. but there is a book called love and death that has some pretty persuading stuff about how he could have been murdered you should read it.

I think he commited suicide, I asked one of my friends who had read his biography, and he told me that kurt wasnt happy, he tried 2 commit suicide more than once…

I think that courtney did it or payed someone cause if you ever read anything about him it said his credit card was missing and he took 3 times the lethal dose of herion he couldn’t pick up a gun and shoot it so I say murder

im not really sure. I’ve read a lot of stuff that says he was unhappy and stuff but I’ve also read a lot of stuff that has some pretty convincing arguments that he was murdered. For example, when he died he had so much herion in his body that he wouldnt have been able to pick up a shotgun to shoot himself with.

hmm,…I have always thought that he killed himself…

Yep he commited suicide. It was officially ruled as a self - inflicted shot gun wound to the head.

actually when they are about to exit the forest you see a swinging man in the backgound…many people say it was a crane but it was a munchkin! HE HUNG HIM SELF! look it up on youtube it shows the exact scene! he didnt get murdered it was SUICIDE!

yeah he did. Quite sad because today we’re deprived of his kickass live performances and have to settle for old ‘unplugged’ reruns to catch him in action…

He was bi-polar, which means you have either extreme ‘ups’ [as in really happy] or extreme downs [depression etc], so with this yo-yo’ing of moods and just the fact that he was an incredibly miserable man lead to his suicide - a simple gun shot to his head in his guitar room. sigh… I miss him :(

then again, being married to Courtney Love may have done it =DDD

I don’t believe he commited suicide for one he had been injected with three times a lethal does of herion and diazepam (a very addictive sleeping drug) and then shot himself in the head? it just doesn’t seem right. and another thing why would he shoot himself in the head instead of going to sleep on the OD of herion?

I also have read his suicide note and it says nothing about killing himself, it just states he is unhappy with his music and doesn’t get a thrill out of playing anymore.
