What kind of specials do you like to see in a day spa, as far as discounts, etc?

That is some good advice. My sister and I own a day spa in texas and always like to get feedback from customers.

I like if I get a discount when booking my own personalized spa day. Quite often the pre-packaged spa days aren’t quite what I’m looking for, so the spa I go to, gives you a discount if you book 3 or more services in one day (ie: mani, pedi and massage).

Have some sort of card to give to customers, where they can get a hole punched in it when they bring it in each time they visit the spa and purchase something. After so many hole punches like 10-20, they get a free item or treatment.

Customers can bring in two friends/family members and get their treatment half off.
