its up to you, at 14 you dont really need them. and probably arnt aware that the scars they leave are permanent. you will also need parental consent since your under 16 if you plan to get them profesionally done. there are a few lip piercings you could get, one in the middle, or one on either side apart from that you could get spiderbites (2 close together on one side of the bottom lip) or snakebites (2 on either side of the bottom lip)
well at the age of 14 or under dont get them but if you 15 and older yeah get them ask your mom permission to do it thought you cant just do it with out permission because they wont let you do it with out permission so yh and im a girl
