Why won't my Kerclink work?
I have been having problems with the computer-ran everything that was recommended-now myKerclink will not work-it is on the desktop-have reloaded it but it still won’t connect. I have Windows XP operating system-am not a computer techie. can anyone help?
I would forget about this game. I have sent 19 emails to Kerclink and they can give me no explanation as to why my game suddenly quit. I have downloaded, uninstalled, redownload the game so many times. Reinstalled the latest netframework. I was just pennies close to the $10.00 payout when the game refused to load.
Any reliable software company should enable a customer to contact them directly to get help..and, since I’ve never heard of kerclink, my guess is it’s a very small company. They should have a way to contact them & a technical expert who can help walk you through your issue & solve it.
As a rule of thumb, I always look for an FAQ or HELP section with regard to any software program that I may be working with if I have questions. If I do not find my answer there, then I look for a CONTACT US and forward an email.
