Every time when I get stressed, upset and really worked up about things my heart rate goes up and it gets hard to breathe. I sometimes get panic attacks if it gets bad. Is this just something I need to work on by myself? or need like medicine or something. but latley has been really bad. I just really need help on calming myself down. Thank you so much!
u answerd it urself, you need 2 calm urself down, I had a realy bad panik attack from getin stressed, I couldnt move, or even talk all me muslces just stoped workin it was awful an because I cudnt move it made me worse. an I had 2 get carryed off in an ambulance!, so yer be careful, the paramedics sed usea paper bag 2 breath in an out off, god knows why it helps but it does!!! lol xx
I suppose if it is bad enough they'll give you antianxiety medication... Therapy might help too. I'm not usually a huge advocate of this, but have you tried yoga? Or some kind of breathing exercises? If you focus on your breathing, it should help you calm down, medication free!
get a little spiritual ask for help from God, honestly, I get panic attacks too, I live a STREEESFULL life. if that doesnt work Xanex does.
