Ok I’m 17 and girlfriend is 14 I’m a juinor in high school and she’s a freshmen is this weird for me to be going out with her
not at all, if you care about someone and love someone then age shouldnt matter…aslong as your not an old man with a child then it’s fine :) she’s old enough to know what she may want in life, and so are you so give it a try and if it lasts…then congrats =)
It’s not necessarily weird but if you’re having a sexual relationship then it is illegal. If you are caught you could go to jail and you will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life.
Age does matter even if you love someone…the law says that a minor (under 16 in most areas) is not mature enough to know what they want out of life and to make grown up decisions…like having sex.
Be careful and if you’re having a sexual relationship with her then you should put an end to it before you do get caught…being shunned the rest of your life really isn’t worth getting busy now.
