I heard certain foods have negative calories. Not that they have none at all, but I heard that you burn more calories to digest it.
they call them negative cal's, but they're not truly negative. for instance... if you eat 14 cal's of celery...it takes your body 24 cal's to chew/digest it...then you're on -10 cal's. see what I mean.
