Does celery really have negative calories?

Yea it does. It takes more calories to eat and digest it then it provides

Yes. People can munch on it all day and burn more calories than it provides, plus I think it may be a good source of fiber.

Most dark green vegetables convert the carbohydrates into fiber, which is used to aid in proper digestion and bowel movement. The term “negative” calorie just means that the body has to expend more calories to digest the nutrients inside the food than the amount of calories the food contains.

Though, like all dark green vegetables and fibrous vegetables, they retain a lot of water so you may find you have to pee a lot as well.
