You know that skin on the side of your finger nails? Well yeah I have a habit of like taking the skin off and…like… Squeezing all the blood out…(icky I know but I couldnt think of a nicer way to word it lol)
Personally I think its just a habit Like biting your nails or something but then again the feeling is eerily similar to what people say they feel when they cut… So anyway…lol
It all depends on why you’re doing it. If you don’t realize you do it, I’d say it’s just a habit. If you do it because you like the pain or reasons like it, that’s called self injury.
So think why you do it. Then you’ll find the answer.
like I said, I need more info. if you’re doing it because it’s a way for you to cope with the pain of everyday life, blah blah blah, then it’s a problem. if it’s just a subconscious thing that you do while you watch a movie, then it’s just kind of a gross habit. you’ve gotta be the judge of that.

no, it’s not funny at all…so stop. that’s not a normal habit, that’s self mutilation. it’s not cutting, but it’s still destroying yourself because you like the pain. a rose by any other name… quit it, that’s gross. -unless you do it on accident…but you should stop that too. are you doing it on purpose? I guess that would make all the difference. I’m changing my answer to “need more info.”
